Tyreek Hill’s estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, has accused the Miami Dolphins wide receiver of multiple instances of domestic violence during their 17-month marriage. The allegations, detailed in recent court filings, include eight separate incidents of alleged abuse, some of which purportedly occurred while Vaccaro was pregnant.

Hill’s legal team has vehemently denied these claims, calling them a calculated attempt to extort money and threatening to present counter-evidence in court.

Vaccaro’s court documents describe a series of disturbing incidents starting in early January 2024, just two months after their wedding.

She claims that during an argument over a postnuptial agreement at their Florida guest house, Hill shoved her to the floor, stood over her, and ripped off her necklace, causing visible injuries.

Two weeks later, she alleges he violently attacked her in an Orlando hotel, throwing her to the floor and twisting intimate body parts. Another incident involved Hill shoving a marijuana cigarette in her face and locking her out of their home before the Pro Bowl . Vaccaro stated:

“His conduct was extreme, outrageous, beyond all bounds of decency, and is regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.”

Hill’s attorney, Julius B. Collins, fired back, dismissing the allegations as part of a smear campaign. He asserted:

“These new allegations are further proof that Ms. Vaccaro and/or her counsel are set on partaking in a smear campaign in hopes that Mr. Hill will settle and give she and her counsel an unreasonable and unwarranted amount of money.” 

Background and Potential Implications

This is not the first time Hill has faced serious off-field allegations. In 2019, he was investigated for child abuse, though no charges were filed. The NFL may review the latest claims under its Personal Conduct Policy, which could lead to fines or suspension even without criminal charges.

The league has not yet commented. The couple’s relationship ended after a domestic dispute in April 2025, where police were called but no charges filed.

On-Field Performance and Trade Rumors

Amid these personal challenges, Hill’s professional future is also under scrutiny. The Dolphins suffered a crushing 33-8 loss in their season opener, where he had only four catches for 40 yards.

His visible frustration on the sideline has fueled speculation about a potential trade, with teams like the Chiefs and Steelers mentioned as possible destinations. However, insiders note the Dolphins are not currently considering moving him.
