A “Blah” Day

There are days where I can move a mile an hour. Zoom zoom and things get done! But then, there are other days where even a snail is quicker than me hahaha! Today was one of those “blah” days. I did not sleep very well and had a hard time waking up. I feel like I was dragging my butt everywhere I went in the house. Even dishes seemed heavier than usual! 

In times like this, I have learned not to fight it, and to simply roll with the flow. I sat down and decided to blog an item. I needed the perfect environment and the perfect outfit to reflect my mood. Slow pace, no motivation, no particular goal or destination in mind, casual attire. So where should we go? Beach or forest. The beach won! I mean, the beach is the place to be lazy! My choice landed on Luane’s world Slice of Heaven location. I grabbed my Bella and enjoyed a few hours on the beach, looking at the waves rolling in, surfers crashing the wave, and seagulls doing their eternal circle dance in the sky. It felt great.

For the outfit, I decided to wear an outfit from Julliette Westerburg, owner of Tres Blah. The “Casual Tee and Midi Skirt” was the perfect combination outfit in order to enjoy a very relaxing time at the beach. There are various patterns and solid colors accessible via HUD, allowing many beautiful combinations. I loved the top so much that I wished there would have been a version for my little Bella hahaha!
