Pictures…Photography… Is there a better way to convey feelings than with a picture? Yes, music comes close to it, but images convey your feelings and emotions with colors! And I love colorful bright pictures. Makes me smile..lol
I love taking pictures. There is something peaceful about it. You are there, you, the world and your camera. You shoot various angles until you finally reach that perfect image that speaks to you. You play with the light so it may fully convey what you are trying to say to others.
And then it happens: the perfect shot. And at that moment, a smile lifts the corners of your mouth, you get little butterflies in your stomach and for a brief moment, you experience peace. And pride.
That is what photography means to me. My escape. My way to say to the world “look, it is worth living”.
I have reached and touched over 1000 people via Flickr through my images. These individuals have decided my images spoke to them in a way that they wanted to see more. To that, I am truly touched and honored.
I want to thank each one of you for being here with me. For sharing your art, your creations, your emotions. It is my honor having the ability to see what you do and to share what I feel.
